Happy Holidays!
Christmas Card Poems, Verses, and Sayings

by Sally Jennings

When soft white snow piles up in the lane, icicles glisten on the eaves, and the smell of Christmas cookies lingers in the kitchen, it's time to curl up by the fire and write a few Christmas cards to friends and loved ones. So take a little time to daydream about Santa and his reindeer, baby Jesus, Christmas trees and holiday lights, and imagine those sleigh bells tinkling on the rooftop. Then just toss a little holiday sparkle around with a few well placed words and watch the magic happen!

These are our free Christmas card verses, poems and sayings for you to use for the holidays, on cards, in letters and notes, emails, scrapbooks, or speeches - wherever you need them. Choose a verse below, personalize it, or use it as a starter prompt to write your own verse. Please respect our copyright and don't use these commercially or republish them online.
